Refund policy

Product Returns and Exchanges: You have the option to return or exchange your TheMillionScentsByRose merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items remain unused and in their original packaging. All return and exchange requests will be subject to a review process. To initiate the process, please submit supporting images related to your claim to TheMillionScentsByRose Customer Support at info@themillionscentsbyrose.com. For specific details about returning scent diffusers (machines) for a refund, please refer to the policy below.

Machine Return Policy: If you've made an online purchase of a diffuser (machine), you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase or the date you received the diffuser, whichever is later, regardless of the reason. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping expenses. The diffuser must be in its original, unused condition, including all parts and accessories. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returned diffusers (machines). It's important to reiterate that only unused diffusers are eligible for a refund. Used diffusers (machines) are not eligible for any refunds.

Safe Ship Protection: In case you encounter any issues with the delivery of your TheMillionScentsByRose order or if the order does not arrive as expected, please reach out to info@themillionscentsbyrose.com. To benefit from Safe Ship protection, ensure that you purchase it at the time of placing your order.

Fees for Installation and Service

Fees related to installation and service are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping Label

TheMillionScentsByRose does not supply return shipping labels. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning your item. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 10 - 14 business days for us to process the refund or exchange, which will be issued in the original form of payment.

Shipping and Handling: Upon receiving approval for your return from customer support, please dispatch your return within five days. Ensure that the item is repackaged with all cords, adapters, bottles, accessories, and documentation included as received. When returning a diffuser machine, remove the fragrance oil inside the diffuser to prevent damage to the internal mechanisms. We highly recommend using trackable shipping methods as TheMillionScentsByRose will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Product Exchanges: You have the option to exchange a product for any item available on our website. Once your return is in transit, we will process it, and your exchange will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Store Credit: If you opt for store credit for your returned item, we will cover the cost of the return label. Once your return is in transit, your store credit will be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days.

Damaged Items: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. While some wear on the shipping carton is expected, if any damage occurs to the items in your shipment, please contact info@themillionscentsbyrose.com  for customer support.

Point of Purchase: Only products directly purchased from TheMillionScentsByRose can be returned to TheMillionScentsByRose. For TheMillionScentsByRose products purchased through other retailers, affiliates, or distributors, returns must adhere to their respective return and refund policies.

Exceptions: The Luxury Tower (Remote Controlled) Diffuser, Luxury Tower (Bluetooth Controlled) Diffuser, Luxury XL Car & Home Diffuser, Luxury Home & Car Diffuser, Luxury MiniTower Diffuser and fragrance oils may be returned within 30 days, depending on their usage. However, for a refund request, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Fragrance oils must remain unopened and have an intact seal. Please note that the Motion- Drive Car Diffuser, Luxury HVAC Diffuser, Luxury HVAC Empire Diffuser, Luxury Tower Diffuser, and Luxury Ultrasonic Car Diffuser are excluded from this return policy.
